Arby's - Clover

Not worth the price they charge, only about 1/3 of the items on the menu actually resemble the pictures. We ordered two turkey and bacon ranch sandwiches and they had no bacon and were poorly made. See photo below for reference.

This Arby's location can be hit or miss - great when the food is good, but a waste of time when it's not. The menu offers a variety of options that you can't find at places like McDonald's. The service is lacking at times, with the lobby being locked randomly and staff seeming overwhelmed. Eating at Arby's is best when the food is hot, so waiting for a to-go order may be a better option than dining in.

This restaurant is very welcoming and always gets our orders right! If there is ever an issue with our order, they are quick to resolve it. The food is fresh and perfect for those nights when we are too tired to cook (which is most nights).

Occasionally has beef. this has pushed me into this problem for the first time. the second time it happened, I decided not to return to this place. for me beef sandwiches were always the clip or signature and main attraction for arby’s. without the bratbeef how do they make most of the items on their menu?

REDUCED GRADE. Down from 4 stars to 2. Disappointed. Dried out or overcooked fish sandwich and cheese sticks, poor temperature, no tartar sauce for sandwiches. Supply chain not an issue as all grocery stores in area had some. Restaurant was staffed and no backups. No employee or supply chain issues to blame this time just poor effort and performance. Leadership or franchise owner issue. If your going to charge the same you better perform the same. Stay consistent. Chic fila would probably love that spot.
