Great Wall Chinese - Cloyne

My order was incorrect twice and the correct food was never delivered after almost 2 hours. There was a lack of communication and the service was very poor. It was impossible to communicate with the restaurant staff.

Waited nearly 2 hours on delivery. Chips were so dry looked like the end of the packaging. Ordered fish chips and got fish fingers. After calling we were told they don't have cod in so they gave us fish fingers. Didn't offer anything else just said to ring when cod will be delivered to get it then. All it could take is a phone call to tell us they don't have fish and offer something else. Very dissatisfied and disappointed and will not be ordering again.

Well what more can i say about this establishment other than it must have the very best spice bag and munchbox in Ireland..Packed with flavour and great staff..Head here once a week without fail..If your near Cloyne its a must visit,You wont be disappointed

I don't understand why there are some negative reviews, because my experience at this restaurant was fantastic. The food was incredibly delicious and arrived promptly in Castlemartyr, even earlier than anticipated. It was fresh, beautifully presented, and packaged neatly. I also received complimentary prawn crackers, which were delightful. Kudos to the staff for a job well done!
