Dashi Japanese - Cluj-Napoca

We decided to go with two portions of the two available bark types teriyaki and spicy. the noodles are very good, we liked them, but the bark was below average. many stripes were not edible as it was neither uncooked nor fat. this should not be done in my opinion, therefore the 3 stars only review.

My life was never the same after I miso ramen with pork. so good.

It is not really ramen, but the suppe is beautiful, it tastes good; only that it does not rammen. if they order a false ram, the broth is only regular nebelsuppet, which, knowing it, is good, but it is not miso ramenbruhe. So if they expect authentic Japanese food, that is not what they will get.

The Ramen was trash. It was stonecold wich is a no go for ramen! The broth was ok even when it was cold! The noodles where no real ramen noodles. At least there was an egg in the Ramen. As a ramen lover i am really sad about this one!
