Casa Dacilor - Cluj-Napoca

We visited on Thursday with a party of three to dinner and it was a pleasant experience. we sat right in the inner and presented menus. the menu is quite extensive and contains only about any variation of the Romanian food you can imagine. we started with cheese filled mushrooms and suppe as apps. both were very good. from there we went with the wolf plate and the stuffed pork chop. the wolf plate was gigantic. both were well prepared and plated. the only problem was that the service was very, very slow. the waitress had gone for a long time and we had to wait a long time to get the ****. total: good place for local kitchen.

We had dinner here and that was disgusting. it looks good in the menu, but as soon as it was on the table it was terrible. we can't eat and refuse. the manager came and apologised, but what was the profit? there were waiters with. no experience, no skills and no interest. the prices are high.

The best for traditional Romanian food! the staff is super nice and friendly! the great selection of portions are quietly plentiful! we really enjoyed our late dinner, exactly 1 hour before the conclusion. definitiw a must is the mămăligă and the sarmale, then an amazing...traditional dessert papanasi! I recommend dacilor inn!

The atmosphere is very nice, traditional costume for the waiters, the walls are decorated so that it represent Dacia, the former name of the country from over 2000 years ago. I went there for lunch, great variety of meals. It is an affordable restaurant! I...will go back there whenever I can.

Went for lunch on a Monday afternoon and left full and happy. Three of us went for the menu of the day (different dished though) and neither of the four (two soups and two main coursed) disappointed. The portions were just right and we managed...to finish it all. Which will never be the case if we were to order from the menu a soup and a main course because of the large portion size. The grilled trout was nicely cooked, crispy skin and soft juicy meat inside. Nothing to complain about here. And our waitress was polite and helpful all the way, a joy to talk to.
