Trotuar - Cluj-Napoca

We were recommended this restaurant by our hotel... it is not the easiest place to find...but it is worth finding. My husband had a grilled trout and a mixed grill for one. The trout my husband said was one of the best he ate. My mixed grill had a homemade sausage, sarma..cabbage leaves in mint meat...yum...pork chop...palenta, potatoes and sour wort. It was easly enoght for 2 people. Thanks, Eugene and your staff, it was a great night.

This place is something new for Cluj, I believe, because even if it is a small bistro/restaurant, they have taken care of details for decoration and the highlight should be the food, always slowly prepared, in the right time and with fresh ingredients. It's still at the beginning and I think they still need time to sort the menu better and fit into the Cluj Bistro search engines. In any case, a place to taste it from the new concept and the food.
