Thirsty's BBQ is great! My daughter has regular appointments in Ft. Worth and every time we go we stop in and get food. My friends say I'm a BBQ Snob and have high standards(guilty) and I love their food. My daughter has even higher standards when it comes to brisket. We had y'all smoke our brisket for her Sweet 16 last December as well as for a friend's Retirement Lunch. Everyone complimented it asking if I smoked it, unfortunately I couldn't take credit and told everyone where to get some. We will continue to come to yall, even if it is a 25min drive for us.
