This is a big pub, a part of the vintage inn chain, there is a great selection of menu options to choose, and incredibly friendly staff: I would definitely recommend!

Very pleasant pub and accommodation. We found the beds comfy and room very spacious and clean. The food was excellent but a tad pricey. Would definitely go there again.

Tried this place couple days ago as it's not too far from where I live and was pleasantly surprised to find such a cosy pub, fresh food and a very nice outdoor garden. The salmon was very delicious, loved the pesto salsa. It's also very handy we can order using the app, everything was very yummy, in a chilled, relaxed atmosphere!

Always seem to end up eating here every time we are down from Southampton visiting family in Exeter. Staff are always very friendly helpful and polite and the food is of a high standard. Highly recommended. They are dog friendly inside too.

We began our meal with calamari aioli, which we had never seen prepared in a Floret style before. Unfortunately, the batter was soggy, and the dish was primarily composed of a small amount of fish on a bed of iceberg lettuce. I opted for the fish cake with poached eggs, which were nicely presented, but they lacked any significant flavor. My partner had a dish that was also underwhelming, with a distinct taste indicating it was likely pre-packaged. Overall, we were left wanting more from the experience.
