I am a frequent customer from Shanghai and have always felt that the quality of service at the Yuen Long location is good. However, I must give a negative review for tonight's visit. We arrived at around 7:45 on October 31st and had pre-ordered two sets of crab meals for two, along with a few other dishes. The first platter was served quickly, and while we were eating, the waitress informed us that the crab would be served first, with the other dishes to follow. This thoughtful and attentive service was well-received. Unfortunately, we waited for over an hour and still did not see any sign of the crab. I couldn't help but speak to the waitress about it, and she said she would immediately bring out the pan-fried soup dumplings (which we had also ordered) for us to eat first. However, after waiting another 15 minutes, neither the dumplings nor the crab had arrived. I spoke to the manager, and finally, the crab was served, but by then, the other dishes had gone cold, greatly diminishing our appetites. Not only were the dishes on our table neglected, but the empty crab shells were also left untouched by the staff. The situation was chaotic, with a plate of crab shells in front of each of us, leaving no space to enjoy the other dishes. I had to ask a male waiter to clear the table, and he said he would. In total, this meal took nearly 2 hours. (Additional information: we also did not receive the dessert soup dumplings that were included in the meal sets.)

Some of the food is not very fresh, for example, the smoked fish had a moldy taste and the fried dragon was overcooked. Rating: three and a half stars.

Golden Award Xiao Long Bao, rich in meat juice, attractive appearance; crispy pan-fried soup dumplings, delicious and tasty; fresh meat potstickers are delicious; as for the Shanghai stir-fry, too oily and too salty, not good. Appreciate the restaurant's prompt response, but just a reminder, the basic service attitude of the staff is not a problem, but not enthusiastic enough. It would be more pleasant for customers if the staff could smile more and pay attention to the needs of the customers around them.
