Before moving on to the main course, I tried the mushroom soup, which was surprisingly delicious! The rich coffee mushroom bits were very flavorful, and the ingredients were not skimped on. For the main dishes, I ordered their signature "Hokkaido crab meat and rich crab roe pasta," "double handmade cheese and wagyu burger," and "appetizer platter." The first two dishes were above average, but there was one disappointment... The "Hokkaido crab meat and rich crab roe pasta" was a delicately handmade pasta with a chewy texture, paired with a flavorful crab sauce and fresh crab meat on top. The overall combination was quite good, truly deserving of being a signature dish. The beef in the "double handmade cheese and wagyu burger" was very juicy, almost oozing out juices, and the double beef with cheese in between was very flavorful. The highlight was the soft bun, which was a pleasant surprise. The "appetizer platter" only consisted of two fried shrimp, two single bone chicken wings, and fries. The fried shrimp was good, the chicken wings were okay, but the fries were average and brought down the overall score. At $68, it was not worth it compared to the other two main dishes. In conclusion, the restaurant offers good food that is both delicious and comfortable. I look forward to trying their steak dishes and specialty drinks next time.期待!
This Japan Fusion restaurant is incredibly underrated but truly fantastic. They serve superb western dishes with a Japanese twist. Their al-dente pasta lunch set comes with delicious mushroom soup and salad. The tomato spaghetti, especially without the patty, is exceptional, and the creamy crab meat pasta is also highly recommended. Don't miss out on the deep fried chicken - it's simply delicious!
The pasta was al dente and the coffee was good.
