Kfc - Coachella

When it was dirty, its bone tasted strange and the bones were black but the service was good that's why I gave it three stars

Bad enough I was served soured Cole slaw, but not even an apology but rather a rude attitude. KFC isn't the only chicken place around here.

When walking in it smells like urine I was gagging I placed an order the restroom smelled the same I asked the lady in the register and I ask her why does it smells like **** and she just said yeah it does...sick please

I ordered ahead for a 12 piece extra crispy at 4pm to be picked up at 5 15p and I still had to wait over 30 minutes because they didn't have extra crispy. If I ordered ahead wouldn't you had made sure you had some when the order was placed over an hour ago..

Terrible Service. Went through the drive through, they forget all 6 biscuits I ordered. Left my name, was told I had two weeks to stop by. When I called to see if my name was still on the list, they said no, asked if I had a reciept, of course I don’t! Then whoever I spoke to offered me 4 biscuits this time as if she is doing me a favor. Instead of the six they skimped me. Very unsatisfied. I understand people make mistakes, but one should never try to be argumentative over their own mistake.
