Noodle Bar - Asian Bistro - Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino

The service was good. The food was meh. Nothing to write home about.

When I arrived, the hostess was very confused that I had a reservation, however, she did locate it and seated me at the bar. While seated at the bar, I was able to see the sushi chefs preparing sushi orders, which was interesting. Service was very good. My waitress was very friendly and it made the experience very pleasant. I ordered the Orange chicken and fried rice. It was not the best Chinese food I’ve ever had. The only way I can describe it is a glorified Panda Express; it was at that level. So if you like the Americanized version of Chinese food, you will enjoy this food. The sushi looked very good and although I didn’t order any, it made me want to order some. I will definitely have to try some next time as the Chinese food was not astonishing. I also ordered a cocktail, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Overall, it was a nice, pleasant dinner at the casino.

Chicken ? subbed for pork sweet n sour dish? Shortage of pork?

I made reservations for 5:00 pm and was seated at that time but our menu selections were coming out much later then others seated after us . Our food was ordered after receiving our drinks which was five minutes after being seated and food didn't come until 30 minutes after that . So the moral of this sharing is why make a reservation!!!!!!!

Love going to the Noodle Bar for dinner. Food is good, nice assortment on the menu. Service is usually good. The Noodle Bar has become our go to place every Friday evening. Staff is friendly.
