Boston Pizza - Cobourg

Greeter didn't know that you were rsvp thru website and was a little cheeky about it. I also cannot enter the online competition because there is no code that is compatible

The floors are dirty with old food underneath the booths and the tables are sticky.

The hostess was unaware that you could make a reservation through the website and seemed a bit arrogant about it. Additionally, I am unable to participate in the online contest because there is no compatible code available.

It was my friend's birthday, but unfortunately, despite the reservation indicating this fact, it was overlooked. The waitstaff appeared rushed, likely due to a boxing match happening that evening, and we were quickly handed our bills. When I reminded the waitress that it was my friend's birthday, she seemed unaware and mentioned that the hostess had not informed her. As we were leaving, the staff came out to sing happy birthday, which felt a bit awkward.

Rustic Pizza, 2 nights before Christmas, no doubt they are busy- but I live at most 6 minutes away, so getting a cold pizza wasn't on my holiday schedule. The delivery fella called his boss- LARRY- and Larry offered, a) a fresh pizza or b) value card for a later date- but best was he said we could keep the one we had.. so for the 10 minutes it took to heat it up- well worth it. But the fact that it was taken care of immediately was Fabulous Service- so yes I would recommend this Boston PIzza
