Feedback gevenI ordered the French Toast with bacon and found it to be good, however I felt that the toast and syrup were lacking in any special flavors or elements.
The steak and mushroom pie was average. It was heated in a microwave which caused the crust to become very soggy, resulting in a mushy texture overall.
This restaurant is a laid-back, no-nonsense spot in a small town. They serve delicious food for dining in, as well as exceptional bakery breads and desserts.
Great place to meet & eat. On the main street with lots of character & is supported by the locals. Walking in is immediately comfortable.
Alot has changed with the Dutch oven,it use to be a fine over the top establishment,with great food ,deserts were incredible !!! I hadn't been there for awhile,so I decided to take in my kids for a treat,but quickly realized that this was not the great restaurant of the past,the staff was rude and thier desert was not fresh at all !!! I decided to go back the next day to see if it was an off day ? But it was the same thing ,tasted like the deserts were made a day or two earlier and they need to put a smile on thier face to tourists not just local regulars.
