Originally a beach canteen, this establishment has now evolved into a fully-fledged zero waste market with vegan options available in every section. The staff here really make you feel like a member of the community. The 10-minute drive from the autobahn to the main train station is definitely worth it. They also provide delivery to the northern region of the country, but visiting in person was a pleasant experience.
