I have been a fan of Cocoa Rhapsody chocolate for about five years. The chocolates are made with great care and attention to detail, with plenty of vegan options available. My personal favorites include Mocca, Jaffa, Ginger, Chilli, Salted Caramel, Hazelnut Praline (which tastes just like Baci), and Pear Almond. There are plenty of other flavors that I can't recall at the moment. Even the plain 85% version is outstanding! Owner Floyd is very friendly and knowledgeable, and the chocolate is made on-site using fair trade and organic ingredients. You can also find Cocoa Rhapsody chocolates at farmer's markets around town, with St. Kilda Vegout market (first Saturday of each month) being my usual go-to spot. Cheers!

There are many others that I can't remember, but you know anything you choose will be good - even the simple 85% version is amazing! The owner, Floyd, is very friendly and knowledgeable, and the chocolate is made on-site. It is all fair trade and organic, and can also be found at various markets around the city. I personally like to buy it at the St Kilda Veg Out Market on the first Saturday of the month. Cheers!
