Equit's Metzger-Imbiss - Cochem

We didn't expect much of a fast meal. However, the place was perfect to have some local food. It's not a typical fast food. The place is beautiful looking and the staff very friendly. The curry sausage was delicious! Unfortunately, they don't take a credit card.

It is not always easy to find a place with a baby chair and friendly staff! they despise a wonderful job that it was quik and decent. no complains here, even compliment that it is a small baby area down.

Meat from the butcher shop is about as good as it gets, this is not unusual, but great snack food at reasonable prices. My wife had the Wiener Schnitzel and I decided to make a carving with mushroom cream sauce. Both dishes were served quickly... were delicious and almost more than we could finish all for 20 euros. Great stop for a quick lunch.

Situated right under the bridge in Cochem next to the bus station. You can buy frites or bratwursts, currywursts etc for €2.50 each. The frites (or chips were okay) but we felt the wursts (sausages) were undercooked so we didn't eat them. You can sit...opposite the takeaway on some wooden benches. We would not go back here.

Highly recommend eating here, no frills just good service and good food at a decent price. Currywurst with fries for 5.50, and the food was good!
