Sometimes you want to get something besides a burger for lunch, and here in Cochran, a place to get a light lunch like a salad or sandwich is pretty rare but since last March, we've had B Fresh, and it's an outstanding option for sandwiches, salads, and fruit. The salads are absolutely outstanding. There's an amazing selection of veggies, toppings, and meats to choose from, and when you get the salad, it nearly overflows the container. The veggies are also fresh and tasty. I got the salad with chicken last time, and it left me as full as a complete meal. The club sandwiches are also great. The bread's toasted, and the deli meat is piled high together with the same fresh veggies you can get in your salad. So far I've had both the pepperoni club and turkey club and both were outstanding. The fruit is also great, and you can get a side of fruit with your sandwich or salad (or just the standard chips if you like). Honestly, this place is outstanding. The only reason I don't give a full five stars is that because it's basically a one woman show, the person who runs it occasionally has to step out and close. But if you take that into account and call ahead, the service is just really outstanding. If you want a sandwich or salad, you can't do better than B Fresh. Seriously first rate.

This is a quick note: the location brick and mortar is closed, but it still delivers. the sandwiches stay delicious and their service is friendly.

This place has delicious fresh salads and sandwiches! the price is very reasonable and eating is abundant! I recommend this place a 100 times more!
