Feedback gevenI had a great experience with the service and customer service at this restaurant. This was my first time ordering through Uber Eats, but unfortunately, not all of the extras I ordered were included in my delivery. When I contacted the restaurant directly, they informed me that the only solution was to place another order at my own expense, including the cost of delivery. It seems that they need a more efficient system in place for handling orders sent through delivery services. As a result, my children missed out on their dinner tonight. Thank you.
Love Grill'd, had the impossible Aussie burger Jalapeno, didn't even know it wasn't meat! Great you get to donate to one of local charities.
Bad day today. I could see the food piling up on the counter but delivery to the tables was ultra slow. The result was a coldish meal by the time I received it.
Food was nice, expect for salad. Greeted when we came in, got told to use the QR code at the table, no worries at all, used the one on the back of the menu, got rudely told off twice for not using the correct QR code even though the one they wanted us to use was not at the table nor the ones around us. They got annoyed at us even though we did leave a note and explained why we did that. Why have so many different QR codes and not check your tables regularly to ensure they are stocked with what you want your customers to use.
The burger was okay same as all grilled, but the staff was not good, and they were in a rush with noise and inside very hot in the summertime with no air conditioner!!! Also with dirty table..... Wish we have grilled the same as Westfield.
