Nando's - COCKBURN CENTRAL

We arrived shortly before lunch and went in us were told by the workers to sit somewhere. we found a table no problem. until we were directed to order the app. we did this and failed came up during the process. in frustration we have. for a coworker asked to help and they gave us a menu! all they seemed was the filling of online orders and not the actual customers in the restaurant so a clear lack of service and difficultness, so went out and went elsewhere!

I went to nandos with a buddy and we waited an hour and 20 for cold bun and chips. while we waited for everyone else to wait for food. the personal continued to serve customers who do not let know how long this would be waiting. I have never experienced such a service catastrophe. fastest repair would have had customers say that, although the restaurant looks empty, they wait over an hour for them to eat. such a scandal and this is the first time!

I ordered food and a beer, but after waiting for 20 minutes, my beer still had not arrived and there was no sign of the food. Overall, the restaurant was a total disappointment.

The service was outstanding, everyone was very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and the table service was excellent. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you for another wonderful experience. - Karen, Daren, and Yaren.

Nandos have brought me the wrong order and they said they are sorry about it and yes they have had delays because they are busy however I am going to look at the good side the quality of chicken is good the staff are...nice people I go there regularly and if they mess the order up that's okay and if there are delays it's fine. What people need to understand is that they are a restaurant and they do get busy but I would rather wait for 20 minutes which is a pest but I would rather go back and out of all the nandos they are the best.
