Wawa - Cockeysville

The night shift staff provided terrible customer service during my visit. Additionally, there were no eggs available this morning. I overheard employees expressing concerns about items they didn't have to prepare orders. With so many Wawa locations nearby, this experience was particularly disappointing.

My order was ready when I arrived at the food window, and I gave the name "Arthur." The employee told me to wait a minute. However, I ended up waiting for a long time while he helped several customers who arrived after me. After about 10 minutes, he handed me the bag that had been prepared even before I got there. I couldn't help but notice that he seemed to prioritize helping black customers over me, a white person. It felt like he found it amusing to make me wait. I’m not typically one to raise issues of racial discrimination, but the behavior of your staff was quite concerning.

Today at 4:30 a.m., I stopped by hoping to get a Sizzili, but it wasn't available, so I ordered a bagel with egg and some toppings instead. However, it took 25 minutes to receive my order because the workers behind the counter were busy preparing a large order for other employees. By the time I finally got my bagel, they had already brought out more Sizzilis, which was incredibly frustrating. When you're trying to grab a quick bite, waiting 25 minutes for a bagel with cheese is just unacceptable.

It is a toss-up if the food I order is ever completely correct. Usually this is in the morning, and it always happens with ingredients for which I unfortunately paid extra. I have a breakfast panini and they forgot the eggs. How does that even happen?

Love this place! I never have any issues with my order at this location. It is always fresh and delicious. As many have said already, the coffee here is amazing. Big shout out to the workers here, they are keeping the place amazing!??
