Pizza Hut - Cocoa Beach

Came on Monday around 1115 in with my kids to get some lunch before our next activity. The young lady was very nice and directed us to a booth. We waited and waited and waited for someone to come take our drink order and our lunch order. We were the only ones there. One guy just kept walking by and looking at us and I had said excuse me several times with no response!

We went for dinner. Greeted with the question of placing an order or take-out? We wanted to eat in, but we were not directed to a table. We had to place our orders at the front desk, after which we were told to go sit over on the side of the restaurant. The rest of the place was closed off, and the dining area was used as a storage area for pizza boxes.We did not feel welcome unless we were taking out an order. I'm not sure why they discourage dining inside.The pizza was good; bread sticks were a little overdone. Service was good and fast.

Went in to place an order and the girl that “greeted” me was clearly not happy to be there. Passive aggressive, rude and not a bit helpful. Stop taking it out on your very small window of people that support your company and spend money. Their prices are sky high ! Would definitely not recommend this Pizza Hut, instead try Pizza Vola right down the road.

My pizza was just coming out of the oven when I arrived. Perfect!I am super busy and this Pizza Hut never wastes my time.
