Feedback gevenI would give 5 Starbucks because I’ve been drinking Starbucks for 20 years. I do a mobile order in the morning. And I know it’s really busy. I know that you guys are getting a lot of mobile orders and a lot of walk-ins, etc. but my drink cost seven dollars And I would expect for it to be accurate. I do have different things I require. I exclude certain things and I add certain things but it’s the same every single day and I don’t think that they are reading the actual sticker that comes through for mobile orders. I think that they need to slow down and read , the details of that particular order because not every order is going to be the same also Starbucks cup lid isn’t always pushed all the way down. It’s not a very strong top lid to begin with and in that case I think that you guys should always provide a stopper. I know There are a lot of people who doesn’t know about the stopper everybody Doesn’t know what a stoppea-But I do need a stopper because I’ve Spilled coffee on my wrist from walking because it’s filled all the way to the top and if you walk, the drink is moving and it spills right out of that sipping hole so I think the proper thing to do put a stopper in. I noticed that I always have to ask for stopper. I don’t understand that either. I will say that , the employees are very helpful. They’re very professional. They’re just not getting my drink right all the time and I hate complaining. I just want to emphasize that they are helpful professional they say good morning but out of five days it’s probably two days they get it right . I’m only asking for my $7 drink to be what I’m paying for. Not 2 shots but 3 shots. Not whole mild. Not room temperature but extra hot and so on.
I had an iced white mocha, with caramel drizzle and sweet foam. The way the barista made it, it was delicious. The sweet foam was different from how I’ve had it before and it was so creamy and thick. I love it!

Staff member pulled a garbage bag out and it had a hole in which, which caused coffee/tea to leak all over the floor. All the staff did was place cones around it, even though the light was expanding across the floor. It literally covered the area where you would get napkins or straws. Three ladies who worked there just looked at it as they add cones. Looked very dirty/nasty.
Took forever to make my drink like I get you close soon but the faster u make it the quicker I leave Also had no straws out like work on yo cs cycle
