The man we ordered with was rude. We ordered a large pineapple and a cheesy breadsticks. We were delivered a large pepperoni. We called right away and they said they will make what we ordered and send it out. They arrived with a smaller pizza than the pepperoni. No only did you get it wrong you then took the pizza you sent and then sent us a smaller pizza than we paid for. Horrible service. Never ordering from you again, there are plenty of pizza companies in CDA.Don’t order here.

We ordered a large pineapple pizza and cheesy bread by a rude man on the phone who sounded like he could care less. We received a big pepperoni. They agreed to make what we ordered and send it back out. And it looks like it’s missing slices. But they actually took back the pepperoni we thought this was really petty. Be better to your customers. We won’t be ordering from you again. when it was redelivered we got a smaller pizza than the large we paid for.Don’t go to this place.

Pizza factory is hands down my families favorite pizza, this was our first visit to this location, Food was great, and the people were friendly and the restraunt was clean.

Love there pizza so much, I drive about 25 minutes to pick it up.

My experience was great! Pizza was tasty, service was excellent, large booths and comfortable seating, free refills, beers on tap, the playoff game was on, restaurant was clean, and they have an arcade for the kiddos. What more could you ask for from a pizza joint?
