Who’s in the mood for some barbecue? We're on a long drive home from Idaho and, after three hours on the road, we stumbled upon this hidden gem. Wow! You absolutely have to try the mac and cheese with grilled meat and a dollop of sour cream—it’s incredible! I’ve never seen anything like it. Just be patient when placing your order, as everything is made fresh to order. You won’t regret it!

If you're craving some delicious home-style comfort food, you must check out Drumming Up BBQ! This food truck is currently parked outside the government building between Appleway and Neider. My daughter and I have been eager to try their BBQ for a while, and I'm so glad we finally did! We both ordered the Beef Brisket Special, which comes with a massive double-baked potato filled with Cheddar cheese, tender, slow-roasted brisket, and green onions – simply incredible! The lunch portion is more than enough for two people, and we ended up with plenty of leftovers after indulging in this amazing dish. Everything here is made from scratch, and the meat is smoked right on site. Despite a bit of a wait during lunchtime, it was well worth it! We will definitely be back!

As a frequent traveler for work, Drummin' Up BBQ has swiftly become one of my go-to spots for a meal when I'm in the area. The food is fantastic, and the portion sizes are quite generous for the price, regardless of what you choose. With quick and friendly service to top it off, you really can't go wrong here.
