Normally good- pretzel nuggets had a weird sour/bitter flavor.

If the pretzel dogs go so fast why don’t you put more effort into making those? Every time I come by there are dozens of the regular pretzels available and the pretzel dogs are gone, a bunch of people walk away because of that, including me. Bad franchise you have here

Apparently 30 minutes isn 't long enough to make a pretzel, as i was told when i tried to order one a half hour before they closed sorry, we close in half an hour and all i could purchase was the already made pretzel bites which were sitting out under the heat lamps

It was terrible. We got pretzel bucket and it was not fresh. I’m disappointed because I always get. Also, the worker was so rude. I repeated my order four times and she pretended like not understand me.

I wanna know who's idea was it to start handing out Kens honey mustard.
