Manchester Diner - Coffee County

Best Reuben I 've had in years. The Manchester Diner (Not the Red Arrow Diner) does not have a Frialator, which I consider to be a very good thing. With a huge real cheeseburger, you get the same home fries you 'd get with breakfast. These fries are not bland things, they have the taste of fried onions and I think a little garlic. She asked me if I wanted chips instead, but I 'm glad I had the home fries from the grill. A big favorite seems to be the Baked French toast , which I haven’t tried. A Postman sitting next to me had what I plan to have next: Red Flannel Hash , which was over-easy eggs on top of a pile of hash that seemed to have about 25% beats. I don 't like beats too much, but that looked very good. A thing that touched me, is that this is all a one woman show. It 's all just Virginia she takes your order and cooks, 7 days a week and weekend nights. I 've heard that she has help at night since it is a little city nightlife hotspot on Friday and Saturday.
