Taqueria El Paraiso

Went to Wilkes barre for a concert and was craving Mexican food. The location looks a little suspect coming from the outside, but going in everyone was friendly. Super authentic Mexican food, friendly staff, extensive menu and everything was delicious. Salsas were all very good, which is awesome considering you get free chips while waiting for your meal! If I’m ever back in the area I’ll be back.

The staff was sweet, food was incredible, and the portions are huge for the price. Definitely will be coming back

This is THE MOST AUTHENTIC Mexican food in all of NEPA. I was fortunate enough to try rhis establishment out today and was amazed. The service here was amazingly fast and the food was great. They have a diverse menu that is straight out of Mexico, not some white washed version of it. If you want the real deal, check this place out

No lie this is the best Mexican spot in the area everything here is at the least decent the sopes ? burrito ? quesadilla ? tacos ? tortas ? I 've been going here for over 2 years everything may not be the best you ever had but for this area this is the most authentic spot and not only that prices are reasonable and food is amazing 9.5/10 highly recommended

I've lived here in Wilkes Barre for quite some time, been here a few time and food is good but today, OMG the tacos were extremely Delicious. I brought food over to my kids and they were delighted. The ladies who had my order ready were extremely friendly and courteous. I will be going there more often.. vamonos Reziiiiooo mi Raza??
