Casey's - Coffeyville

I will never and I mean never order a pizza from Casey's pizza ever again on Cline the disrespect that I had to go through I cannot explain it was horrifying I wished I would have taped the call to let someone listen me as a district manager that I was a 44 stores for a company I cannot believe that they allow their employees to talk to people in the fashion that they do and treat them like they are under class citizens who are stupid !! Because they do not know their job and do not know how to talk to people in a respectful manner I truly felt Casey's pizza was the best pizza around but this one on Cline I won't ever go there again never

Price on the pumps are hard to see for different grades

I started ordering pizza from Casey's a few months ago and was so pleased with the food and service that I was telling my friends that if you want pizza order from Casey's! And then everything changed,my next pizza was so bad I threw most of it out. I complained and was given a free one, it was equally bad. I made one last attempt and ordered from the 11th street store. When I tried to pick it up,the store was very busy and there was no one in the kitchen. I could see a boxed Pizza on top of the oven,so I went back there and it was my pizza. Since I had paid in advance, I picked it up and Left the store. No more Casey's for me.

I stop by this store almost every morning. The staff is normally very friendly and work hard to know what their customers want. This makes busy mornings a little brighter and a lot easier.
