Grumpys Ginger Beer - Coffs Harbour

I stopped by with my son to try the Ginger Beers at this restaurant. The establishment has a really nice atmosphere, with a unique and eclectic decor. I had previously seen the Ginger Beer at markets and Chilli festivals and was excited to try the samples. We had the chance to meet the owner, who was very friendly. While the ginger beer was alright, I believe that the owner and overall concept of the restaurant are what really stand out. Some may think the product is great because of the environment, but personally I found it to be just okay. The flavors were weak and left a sugary residue on our palates. If you compare it to Bundy Ginger Beer in a blind taste test, you may be surprised. Overall, it's a nice place with a great owner and an interesting story, but the product itself is only average.

I stumbled upon this hidden gem today after attending a storytelling circle. The coffee was excellent, and the atmosphere and surroundings were top-notch. The staff were friendly and the overall vibe was both relaxed and unique. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Step off the busy cbd street into a well presented relaxed establishment. A lot of thought has gone into creating an original and comfortable space. Great and simple menu with nice original twists. Great value share plate. Tasty- cold drinks and friendly attentive service. A real and pleaseant surprise. Will be back with bells on. Thanks

Upon arrival I was greeted by the most lovely people, they made me feel right at home. I brought my Ipad and work with me and was able to find the perfect spot to do some work and have a wonderful chat with the owners. I cannot wait to make this a weekly visit with the best bagels I've ever tasted, fabulous coffee and the best ginger beer I have EVER tasted. Even took a 4 pack home to enjoy in my own time. I would recommend to everyone.
