The Red Lion Inn - COHASSET

The food and service at the wedding we attended were fantastic.

Rooms: Our accommodations were beautifully designed to reflect the history of the inn while incorporating modern amenities that we appreciate. We stayed in Room 10, which featured a jacuzzi tub and a stunning walk-in shower. The windows provided lovely views of the back gardens and pathways. This has been a fantastic stay, and if I could, I would give it ten stars! Walkability: The inn is located in a quaint town boasting a delightful French bakery right across the street, complete with outdoor seating. They offer soups, sandwiches, and dinner to go as well.

This charming inn boasts a fascinating history, having been built in 1704. The architecture is stunning. Our room was inviting, featuring comfortable beds and a cozy fireplace. The bathroom was spacious and thoughtfully designed. The innkeeper offered us a behind-the-scenes tour, which we thoroughly enjoyed, especially the Speak Easy and wine room. Don’t miss the opportunity to stay here and explore the delightful shops and restaurants in the vicinity! Rating: 5 out of 5.

There is not enough space to list out every single person and aspect of the Red Lion Inn that made our wedding here in October the greatest day of our lives. Sam Loonie, our event planner, made every detail of our wedding weekend perfect. She was so caring, and thoughtful and without her, we would not have been able to pull it off. Andrew Prost, the Innkeeper was a fan favorite, and so accommodating and a true professional. The entire team, from the maintenance staff, the bartenders, and the wedding coordination team was fantastic! The Barn, The Tavern, and all the other aspects of this amazing 1700's Inn made our dream wedding a reality. I would highly recommend booking your wedding here, you will not regret it!!!
