Dunkin' - Cohoes

I order this dunkin to work pretty every day on my way, and regardless of how long the line is, they always the waiting time super minimal, the staff is always very sweet and my order is never wrong. Many thanks that they start my day with caffeine and large customer service!

Came in here and ordered a coffee and a white heavy set dame with glasses was very rude, I told her a good day and she acted as if I never existed and never replied. I would not spend any other dimming here, people working with customer service or relationships should have better manierisms.

As always great experience . Felicia and her co workers always doing the best they can. Fresh Boston Cream donut me and my daughter had . And the place is clean and very friendly workers. Busy for sure but always treated with loyalty as a customer. Thank u , I 'm literally really been Running on Dunkin ! Today Stop by this morning had a large coffee. Cheerful atmosphere and great food and coffee and service keep me coming back.

Ordered an everything bagel toasted, really light on the butter this morning. I get to the window and pay. Cashier was super nice! As I waited for my bagel the associate who was making it was saying to the cashier, I make bagels the way I like and if they don 't like it, they can make their own bagel . This is what my bagel looked like when I opened it. There is at least 1/2 stick of butter on that. That is beyond rude. I tried calling a few times to talk with the manager but they didn 't answer the phone.

I usually stop by this Dunkin' on my way to work almost every day. No matter how long the line is, they always make the wait time really short. The staff is consistently friendly, and my order is always correct. Thank you for kickstarting my day with caffeine and excellent customer service!
