Cervejaria Parque Lda. - Coimbra

Very friendly and helpful waitress offered us olives, sheeps cheese, local wine and the salted cod with salad and to finish the sweet rice pudding. A great meal and a very good price.

We wandered in here one day and got a friendly welcome. Were very impressed they had big tanks of the dark Sagres- delicious. On our last day in Coimbra we went back and I had the chanfana (with goat) a local specialty I really wanted to try. It was amazing and went very well with the Sagres! Perhaps in the summer months there will be more tourists in here seeking an ice-cream but at the time we went it was full of locals.

Genuine Portuguese food. Good prices. Nice staff. It looks like a café. Check the menu of today. We enjoyed the Chanfana

Beautiful place honest food!!! One of the best steaks we had in a long time and try the homemade chocolate mousses. Very friendly people good service....
