O Observatorio - Coimbra

Our tour considered a pre-booked lunch here. excellent suppe, grilled chicken, salad and fries and fruit salad with ice. good weine.

I passed this restaurant on the way to the observatorium. I looked in and thought that this place was too fancy / expensive for me to cover table, cutlery and waiter carry. I went in and asked for a menu. a well-dressed one. professional waiter and the chef came to me and described what was available in the menu. I ordered a meat sample plate containing sausage, pork, bark and lamb. it was served with rice, carrots, carrots and carrots. the suppe was a creamy garlic plant. I was brought with a generous plate of olives that were soaked in garlic and a basket of brot. my meal also included wine and coffee total bill: 8 euro and the service was excellent. Although I am a jerk bag, I was treated like a royal person to feel like a welcome customer.

Curious, I walked inside and asked to see a menu. A well dressed professional waiter and the chef came over to me and described what was available as part of the daily menu. I ordered a meat sampler plate that included sausages, pork, beef and lamb. It was served with rice, potatoes, cabbage and carrots. The soup was a creamy garlic-vegetable. I was brought a generous plate of olives soaked in garlic and a basket of breads. My meal also included wine and coffee - total bill: 8 euros and the service was excellent. Although I am a backpacker, I was treated as if I were royalty, made to feel like a welcome customer.
