We went to this location, yesterday evening at around 7 o 'clock to have a bite to eat. There were about 7 workers behind the counter. We placed our order, and they asked us is this take out, or stay in we said eat in. We ordered their new Spicy Thai soup but they were out of it. Are you kidding me, at dinner time. I ordered a spicy chicken wrap, and coffee, my partner ordered chicken soup and coffee. We got the coffee, in about 8/9 minutes. Then we waited at least 15 minutes for the wrap and soup. Inside there were about 5 people seated, and one person in front of us to wait also for their order. I waited at the counter, and noticed lettuce, small pieces of cold cuts , lots of crumbs on the floor. Then I looked at the two small buckets with water and cloth behind the counter which they use to clean the tables. The water was grey and greasy, you wouldn 't clean a pig sty with it. I mention this to the manager on duty, and all she replied was We are too busy to keep it clean . When at last we got our order, and it came all in a paper bag! Why ask the costumer if it is for here, or take out, when they always serve the meals in a paper bag, paper cups, and paper bowls. This is the first and the last time we will go there.
They are super fast to take your order. Wish they would put proper speaking people on a headset. Gets very frustrating when i need to repeat numerous times.
Had coffee and cake and donuts. Not sure what's the big hype about as all three items purchased are average, nothing to shout about.
It's great that you can literally enter any Tim Hortons and find yourself at home. Knowing what to order and know how it will taste is priceless!
