Ha Noi Pho - Cold Lake

It was a cozy little restaurant that met all expectations. The large platter was perfect for four people.

After a 20-minute wait, they brought out two meals, followed by another one 10 minutes later, and finally, my friend's meal arrived sans the spring roll and without her drink. It wasn't a big issue, so we said we would request it on our way out. We ended up waiting an hour and twenty minutes for the last meal. By that point, everyone else had already finished eating, so we took it to go. When we paid the bill, I mentioned that we hadn't received the bubble tea. The woman at the front snapped at me, saying, "It's in her hand right now," even though I couldn't see her. To top it off, we received a snarky comment, "Here's your ONE spring roll." Overall, the service was extremely rude and disappointing. I've been there many times before, but I definitely won't be going back.

The food was fantastic, and the atmosphere was truly unique. I will definitely be coming back. The only suggestion I have is to improve the exterior décor or signage. At first, we thought the restaurant was closed because it appeared to have been shut for a while. We only realized it was open when we tried the door.

Got the sampler best Deep fried wontons in town and really enjoyed the rest of the offerings. Third time ordering the 4 color vermicelli excellent. Got the bubble tea delicious but a little small for the price. Quick deliver.

Meal was hot and fast. Pho_ excellent broth!5 color vermicelli rice bowl. Excellent flavored meat.Spring roll needs improvement, deep fried well but mushy inside, too small.Owner is friendly and attentive, fast service.Portions are fair, price is fair. We will be back
