China 1 - Coldwater

The dining experience was excellent, but I felt sorry for the woman working behind the counter when I found out she was overwhelmed and the only one working. I left her a generous tip.

The wait times at this restaurant are very long. They may promise a 20-minute wait when ordering over the phone, but customers could end up waiting for hours to actually receive their food. The quality of the food can be decent at times, but it has become increasingly common for it to be subpar. Whenever I order fried dumplings, I always request them to be cooked extra because they are often only cooked on one side. Despite assurances from the staff, they tend to come out undercooked or not cooked at all.

I recently dined at this restaurant and ordered a pizza for takeout. After waiting for 20 minutes as promised, I had to leave to run some errands and returned 25 minutes later to find that my order had not been prepared. The staff member only asked me what I had ordered after my return. However, she did refund my money, which was appreciated.

Great place to eat if you like being overcharged, receiving the wrong items, and getting food poisoning.
