Before I made it into the store an employee met me and told me I would have to park elsewhere, this is where his drivers park. There was no signage and the spots in front of the shop were all available. I was planning to order 6 sandwiches to take back to work with me. We don't have a Jimmy John's local and they were wanting to try it out. Needless to say I don't order and won't be going back there again. No matter how good the food is if the service is poor it can make or ruin a sale, it sure did for me.Parking: Make sure You're in the spot they want you in or you'll be met at the door and asked to move.
Very good service and very friendly staff.Great addition to our community
Ordered a pesto and it didn't have a single vegetable on it
My boyfriend and I got a blt that wasn’t made real good and got an Italian club that wasn’t made well either. Sep-22 around 4:00 4:20 there was also a female there that kept giving dirty looks and staring being disrespectful talking bad kind of upsetting when you try and order food and you have the workers making you not want to even order from the place.
This may be a chain sandwich shop, but the ownership is local. The atmosphere is great, food is delicious, and is always very clean which is awesome too. If you want to support a restaurant that supports the Branch County area, choose your Coldwater Jimmy John’s! Stand up ownership, stand up crew, and always doing their best.
