Little Caesars Pizza - Coldwater

People were nice, but I ordered a sausage pizza and basically got a cheese pizza

When I 1st arrived I was greeted with about 10 teenagers standing outside of the entrance I could barely get through, I waited 25 minutes and I thought my food would be hot and fresh and it was not I got a pizza and bread sticks and they both were hard and old.

My wife ordered and picked up a Supreme pizza for me tonight for dinner, the pizza barely had any of the Supreme toppings other than pepperoni, the Supreme pizza cost $4.00 more than a hot and ready pepperoni. I called to complain and see what they could do to make it right and was put on hold for 15min. They never answered the phone. I tried to call back and the phone didn't ring because it was still off the hook. When I finally was able to talk to someone I was told that I was lying and it had all the toppings it was supposed to have. This is the second time this has happened to me and seems ridiculous. Anyone else have similar experiences at Coldwater Little Ceasars?

Bring back the calzonie pizzas keep them plz! I order from you guys when you have those, but not a fan, otherwise! ???? I've also heard good things about your pretzel pizzas too, but haven't had the opportunity to try them...are they seasonal?

Always a problem. Pizza never cut through (or at all so it tears apart. And they messed up my order (ordered a pepperoni and a cheese. Got 2 cheese no pepperoni yet the box was marked pepperoni. And to get the correct item I'd have to take my toddler into the cold to pick it up even though I had it delivered to begin with. Not the first time we've had issues. Yet another issue. We ordered 2 orders of wings and you only gave us one and once again didn't cut our pizza right. And you put our brownies were out in with hot items so they melted. They said they'd take my name, never did. Your restaurant is a joke
