Kfc - Coleraine

I have noticed a significant improvement in this KFC in recent years compared to when I first visited. The food used to be hit or miss, but now it is consistently excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant now and I find myself coming here at least once a week.

No chicken on the bone on a Friday at 5pm unless you wanted to wait 20 mins . Would this time on a Friday not be there busy time and if so why no chicken ready

Ordered online through UberEats. After the order being delayed multiple times it was finally cancelled. We decided to go to the drive thru; waited 15 minutes to be told that there was 'no chicken left '. This has happened multiple times, I don 't understand why they can 't take their restaurant off of UberEats when it 's busy and close the shop when there 's no chicken left instead of having people waste their time. Absolutely baffling, will not be back. Rather take my service somewhere else.

Placed as order on uber eats! Been waiting over 2 hours and still no order! phoned and better phoned none picked up the phone! Useless place! Keeps saying it’s a arrive at such a time then 10 mins is added on each time!

Arrived in the restaurant at 8:00pm to be barked at 'we 're closed although I had been allowed to walk through the unlocked door and up to the counter before being refused service No mention of the drive through serving meals for a further 2 hours Customer service Nil My suggestion, avoid this place and spend ur money with people who appreciate your custom 1 star is 2 too many
