Bentleys Steakhouse - College Park

We waited over an hour and a half for our food to arrive, and I believe we deserve a refund.

I had a business dinner on July 27, 2023, and requested some time to discuss a few matters with my client. The waitress was incredibly accommodating and polite, making the experience enjoyable. She remained pleasant and attentive throughout the evening. The food was well-prepared and of above-average quality. Overall, it was a very nice evening.

BUSINESS DINNER WITH CUSTOMER: Normally when going to a steakhouse, north of Longhorn to Texas Roadhouse, you expect service. Our service was horrid, waitress barely talked, totally acted like we were inconveniencing her by being there. On a positive side, the food was amazing, the steaks were great, the sides were all amazing (Lobster Mac and Cheese AMAZING). If staying in the hotel, I may go in for food, I will never and would never bring customers or have a business meeting.

Wow! What a delicious steak! Petite filet was prepared perfectly! Rare with warm center. The sides are definitely shareable. Attentive and helpful servers. Definitely a good dining experience!

Service is still not back to pre Covid. Steaks are always good. French onion soup was flavorful but not very hot. Steaks were served warm but not hot. Still worth eating here.
