Chipotle Mexican Grill - College Park

The chipotle my friend and I got were PACKED. You can't really find chipotles that actually fill up the bowl these days. The service however wasn't the best. The cashier was pretty offstandish and seemed very bothered. The inside was as well pretty dirty and in a disarray. But honestly, for take out where you go in, order, and go out this is a decent chipotle.Vegetarian options: You can ask for veggie only bowls.

I haven't been back here since I ordered a bowl and had to throw it away because it didn't taste right. The sour cream was a weird watery consistency too.

They did a bad service for me today. Look at the avocado , it’s literally a whole avocado in my food , plus , they didn’t even put me sour cream and cheese , bad service , and food , please next time make sure , everything it’s good , thank

Out of all the Chipotle’s in the area this is the worst. An hour before closing they “run out” of sour cream, even though its literally sitting in a bag in the fridge behind them (this has happened multiple times at this location). The worker did not change gloves and got sauce, cheese, and whatever else on the outside of the bowl. The girl at the front after I paid threw the second bowl and forks in the bag and just pushed it across the counter to me. I understand wanting to work and getting in and getting out asap, but this level of service is unacceptable. I hope this work attitude gets fixed promptly otherwise I will be messaging corporate. For reference, I work in the service industry as well so I know what its about and what I am talking about.

This chipotle is frequently out of things. Once an hour before close they were out of rice and would not make more. It is always very busy. If you have the option to go to a different chipotle do so.
