Chili's Grill - College Station

We checked out Chili?s this weekend for lunch expecting a chillie condition that matches to its name ????. We started off with the bottom less chips and salsa. It was indeed larger than a normal chips portion you?d get at similar restaurants. But we (justtwo of us) ultimately reached the bottom before we got our main course served. ???? Chips are much firmer and salsa wasdefinitely one of the best I?ve had. We got the Big mouth bites (comes with fries) and Santa Fe Chicken salad without chicken.The menu has two three vegetarian options and they offered to make any bowl without the non veg protein as an option too. Theportions are reasonable for a light eater say for myself I needed help finishing through my fries but the bowl waslower than average size for a Texas scale eater. Apart from food, the place is clean, staff very welcoming, and the wait to getseated was reasonable. In my honest opinion though, for the same price, Chili?s ???? would not be the best restaurant in town tohave a fulfilling meal (According to my list)

A little slow to take your order after you get seated but they were about 3/4 full. Ordered a bun less burger. I liked the music they had playing. Inside was clean and had a cozy fell to it. My burger was pretty good and I enjoyed my dinner

We also ordered the Big Mouth Burgers, only to discover they were undercooked. The food was cold, and even the strawberry lemonade was unappealing. Overall, our experience was very disappointing. The manager seemed to dismiss my request for steak instead of shrimp and merely told me to have a nice day. She didn't offer a refund or even suggest remaking the dish. Given that we barely enjoyed any of our food, I asked for a refund. I am truly disappointed and have decided that this Chili's location will no longer receive our business. On a positive note, I want to mention that our waitress was very kind, and I appreciate her service!

The food was lukewarm; the wings weren't hot when they arrived, nor was the soup. We hardly finished anything on our plates. The server barely checked on us, staying for just a couple of seconds and leaving before we could express our concerns or ask for alternatives. It wasn't even busy at the time.

The restaurant wasn't busy during lunch, so we were seated quickly and our drink orders were taken right away. We ordered our food shortly after, but only half of the meal was served initially. I thought the rest would arrive soon, but after about five minutes, I asked the waiter about it. He was very apologetic and placed the order for the missing items, which he comped. However, I never received the ranch dressing, and we also had to flag down the waiter to get the check. The food was just okay; I've been there before and had a better experience. Overall, today was somewhat disappointing.
