Called and placed my pick up order over the phone. Got to the restaurant and parked in the curbside. When I called to get my order, I was told they couldn’t take my payment over the phone and since their lobby was closed, my only option was to go through the drive thru that had 12 cars in it. I asked if someone could come out and take my credit card but that wasn’t their policy. And if I had waited in the drive thru, my sandwich would have been sitting there for half an hour. I left without my food and will not be going back. Horrible customer service!
Lobby closed so y'all lost my business to Subway. Can't fit a trailer through your drive thru. Not the first time
Never written a review, and never wanted to be one to be one to leave a negative review but I'm frustrated. Love this place. However ordering delivery I have a few warnings. You will never get your pickle with sandwich, ever thought it was a one time mistake initially but nope I've ordered delivery multiple times now and it's always been the same . I understand that that's a pretty petty review but as a pickle lover it is quite annoying not to get one when you are supposed to. Also don't bother with paying for add ons because you won't get them. And there will be at least one mistake when it comes to the sandwich either something left off or something on there that you wanted removed ALWAYS is from my experience. Still a delicious place and love them, it's just disappointing especially when you pay extra and things aren't as you ordered them.
Great salad! The staff was friendly and helpful. My order arrived for lunch quite quickly.
