The quality of the hotpot was disappointing. Although the menu stated a price of $20.99, they quietly raised it to $21.99 without any notice. Furthermore, the restaurant's cleanliness left much to be desired.

I'm thrilled to have the chance to enjoy this type of cuisine in my hometown. Although it doesn't quite capture the experience we create at home, it's nice not to have to deal with the preparation and cleanup myself. I considered giving it 5 stars to support the business, but as a Westerner, I found the experience somewhat lacking. I had difficulty understanding some of the processes, especially regarding the sauces. The pricing was also a bit confusing; it felt a bit high for the amount of food we received. With a few improvements and a focus on inclusivity, this restaurant has the potential to become a true 5-star establishment.

The food is made fresh right in front of you, and it's absolutely delicious.
