Here you will find superior bread than the average and above all different types of bread. Exceptional the Rex Corn prepared with cereal flour that is well preserved for a week. Inferior quality, according to me, pizzas and sweet products.
Point of sale in Collegno di catena, whose shops receive the majority of the goods that is therefore not produced on site, indeed for many products it is not of other artisanal bakery but given the extension of the brand I would now say an industrial production. In the back I hope that they do not limit themselves to cooking preformed or frozen breads, but also produce their own, even if I doubt it. Probably just for those more expensive bread forms. I tried the focaccia but it didn't impress me and then the price per kg doesn't help and is greater than the average bakeries in the area. I limit myself to buying croissant stuffed at once at 1€ that are pleasant and great.
