This was our first and LAST time ordering from Pondo’s. Placed an order for delivery and the man on the phone was nothing but rude. Told us the charge and hung up the phone, never giving an estimated delivery time. Placed the order at 3:30 and after an hour and a half still no food. Called back to check on the delivery status and the man claims he “thinks it went out for delivery”. Our food finally shows up at 6pm… TWO AND A HALF HOURS LATER. The food was disgusting and inedible. Buns on our sandwiches were so soggy to the point they were complete mush. Couldn’t even eat the food we ordered it was so gross. VERY disappointed is an understatement.

Placed an order at 6pm tonight, called due to accidentally clicking the wrong item, was told its ok, they will accommodate, and get the order set... The replacement item was actually less money then what was originally ordered. Now, at 8:15pm we are told our order was lost?? We had a notification that it was being delivered by 8pm... how was it Lost??? Here we are, hungry and no friggen dinner. This is awful service, and we are not happy at all. They just cancelled our order, then said they will refund in the morning. So sad.

Small place but the food was delicious and the waitress was attentive and friendly.

Wow, the people who work there are just miserable don't seem to like each other or the customers. Have to wonder why some people choose serving the public as an occupation.
