Panda Express - Collierville

Too small of a meal for the price. I had to get food somewhere else because it just wasn't enough.Food: 3/5

Panda Express, Collierville has resolved a problem for us during COVID. We so appreciate the take-out Family Packs. I think the honey walnut shrimp and angus steak entrees are as good as any Chinese food I have had anywhere (including NY and SF . We both like the teriyaki chicken. My husband likes the kung pao chicken.-a little spicy for me. (I was not nuts about the almost chicken I think the spring rolls are good. The store is generous in providing condiment packets. We find staff unfailingly warm customer oriented. To us the Family Pack is a sound economic value providing us multiple meals.

Tried to dine in it was 8pm they had nothing on the steam table was told they were done. So last time I try to eat at Panda Express.

Used a coupon for free entree. Was charged $7.50 for entree but they only took off $1.50 for the free entree. What 's up?? Makes no sense whatsoever!

Consistently stop cooking way too early. I understand not wanting to over cook and waste food, but only having 1 meat for entree's an hour before you close, is just lazy. And closing the dining room before your closing time just affirms this. Didn't waste our money on food we didn't want.
