We heard some people talking this place up and had never been. Overall a good experience but nothing was amazing. You should know if you haven’t been that nothing is sold a la cart. You must select either app, pasta and dessert or app, pasta, main and dessert. The latter is $75 and $10 more if you want the steak or daily special as your entree. We were most interested in the lemon pasta because it could be served with shaved fish roe called Bottarga. Unfortunately we didn’t see or taste the bottarga but as we understand it’s like grating Parmesan on pasta? Our reservation was at 7:45pm on a Sunday. We were the last in the dining room and definitely felt rushed to leave. Several tables were celebrating birthdays which was nice and the ambiance is intimate as the space only has 30 seats. All in all I would recommend this spot as a chef owner operated experience.
The food was excellent. The ambience was very nice. Unfortunate the service and staff did not match the food. For the price you paid for an excellent meal the staff could be a little more attentive. It needs to be improved to the same level. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
