Copper Blues - Collingwood Canada

We enjoyed a wonderful family dinner today with our kids, and the food was absolutely amazing—definitely deserves 5 stars! However, I have to give a general rating of 4 stars because we had to wait quite a while for our meal to arrive (about 50 minutes), which felt a bit excessive. That said, once the food did arrive, it was well worth the wait!

I celebrated my 30th birthday at this restaurant and had a great experience overall. The atmosphere was vibrant, but I found it hard to carry on a conversation due to the noise level. The food was tasty; however, my vegetables could've been more enjoyable if they were served warmer, as they weren’t as hot as my steak. My husband absolutely loved his salmon. We opted to swap extra vegetables for the potato or rice sides, and we appreciated that there was no extra charge for this. The portion sizes were generous, especially with all the vegetables. I can understand why some reviewers mentioned that the food was piled up, making it tricky to cut the steak without the veggies sliding off the plate. Our server was attentive and checked on us frequently, which we appreciated. The only downside was the condition of the restrooms. They felt more like a nightclub's and could use better upkeep. Overall, considering the location, we were pleased with the portions and value for money. I’m giving it a 4-star rating due to the noise and restroom situation, but we definitely plan to return when we're in Blue Mountain again!

I had an incredible experience at the restaurant. It all began with the two hosts, who were exceptionally polite and accommodating. Our waitress was fantastic, though I regret that I can't recall her name. I've visited Copper Blues before, and it never fails to impress. The staff genuinely seem to care about creating a great experience, and that commitment really shows in their service.

The staff are friendly and accommodating. Asked to move tables for a more shady spot and room for the stroller and it was no problem. Ordered the prime rib sandwich and copper burger. Would recommend the burger but not the sandwich. Found some of the meat in the sandwich to be very dry and hard. The bun was white doughy. I am not used to having the au jus thick with a strong beef flavour. The thick burger meat was cooked perfectly, a tinge of red, and the bacon and cheese complimented it well. Fries were hot and crunchy. Large out door patio.

Came for Mother’s Day and while getting a table was relatively quick (outside of lunch time) however the food did take a bit. The copper burger and fries was delicious.
