Customer service was great everyone smiled and greeted people as they walked in.

The worst popeyes from Mississippi to Tennessee. Order is NEVER right and the customer service is horrible. If you don’t have the attitude to deal with public then just stay at home. I will never waste my time or money again. Employees seem high off drugs just don’t care!

Absolutely the worst management and service of any Popeyes. My daughter literally waited in line 20 minutes to get her order and then it was wrong. So she had to wait another 20 mins for corrected order akd it still wasn't right. This is a horrible Popeyes and it's ALWAYS like this!! Needs new management or shut down.

Wait was long. Stated they couldn’t cut sandwich in half because they had “no knife”? Food was cold.

Never going back Never have what u want tonight no Cajun rice no maccheese chicken strips were dry nd so small half done bn there 3 times in one week nd they never have what u Ordered girl at the window has a attitude.
